Returns & Refunds
As all Remi Jordan pieces are made to order and often customised, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

Sizing & Resizing
We recommend confirming your size carefully prior to purchase, as we do not offer standard resizing services. Rings can only be resized within a limited range.

If your ring does not fit, please contact us at hello@remijordan.com as soon as possible. As each piece is made to order, we do not offer standard resizing. In select cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer to remake the piece in the correct size for a fee, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original condition.

Faulty or Defective Items
We take great care in the craftsmanship of each piece. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@remijordan.com as soon as possible. 

In accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy where a product has a manufacturing fault. This will be confirmed upon inspection by our jewellers. 

Where an issue is confirmed, we will:

• Repair the item, or
• Replace the item, or
• Provide a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law

at no additional cost to you.

Assessment Process
To assess any issue, we may require:

• Photographs of the item
• Return of the item for inspection

If a fault is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing or personal preference
• Custom or personalised items (including engraving)

Refused Shipments (International Orders)
If an order is refused at delivery, any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and associated fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Important Information
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
