All Remi Jordan pieces are crafted in 14K gold and lab-grown diamonds.

Absolutely. We offer 9K or 18K white, yellow or rose gold, as well as natural or lab-grown diamonds. We’re happy to assist in tailoring your piece - please email hello@remijordan.com with your request.

We believe fine jewellery is intentional, so we do not hold finished jewellery in stock. After you place an order, each piece is individually made for you by hand which allows us to preserve the integrity of our craftsmanship and the quality of each piece. The production timeline is typically 4-5 weeks - we promise it is worth the wait.

We believe our packaging should be as exquisite as the piece inside, so every item arrives in a unique, gift-ready box. Our packaging is not only protective, but intended to be kept. 

We are committed to responsible sourcing and only work with FSC-certified suppliers. This ensures our materials come from forests managed with the highest environmental, social, and economic standards.

Our rings are based on Australian/UK sizing. Use our ring sizing chart for conversions, or visit a jeweller for an accurate measurement. We suggest using the internal diameter or millimetre measurement for the most accurate conversion. We’re happy to guide you if you have any questions.

Orders shipped outside of Australia are sent on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means import duties, taxes and custom fees are not included in the purchase price and will be collected by the courier prior to delivery.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and vary by country (can be up to 25%). As these fees vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Please note that any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused, any return shipping costs, duties and fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Signature on delivery is required on all orders. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be redirected to your local post office for collection.

All Remi Jordan pieces are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This ensures every creation is uniquely crafted for you with care.

In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing defect, your piece is covered by our six-month warranty from the date of purchase (proof of purchase must be provided).

We offer a six month warranty against defects in workmanship or materials from the date of purchase. This covers repairs or replacement of items with manufacturing faults. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft or misuse.

If your enquiry falls outside our warranty period, we can assist you with repairs at your cost.

• Store each item in its own compartment or soft pouch, ideally in a fabric-lined jewellery box, to preserve its shine and prevent scratches.
• Remove any rings, bracelets or bangles before any activity that may cause impact or abrasion
• Jewellery is best worn as the final touch when dressing. Avoid contact with perfumes, hair, beauty products and household cleaning agents, and remove pieces before bed.
• Restore your jewellery’s radiance with gentle cleaning using warm, mildly soapy water and a soft toothbrush. Pat dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth.
